“First impression, as always, is the staff at the Registration Desk. They were especially helpful and professional. It is very easy to deal with genuinely kind people in any situation, and these employees were very nice. They had run out of rooms like we needed that day and gave us an automatic upgrade. “Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation. Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared.”
